iBS-The Internet Bookshop is an UK bookshop. If it's in print, you can get it here.
Mark V. Ziesing is also a specialized publisher. They handle not only SF & Fantasy but other books like spirituality, culture, art etc. as well.Interesting handler.
The Other Change of Hobbit is a science fiction and fantasy bookstore. They have lists of published books during last 3 years on their page.

German Mail Order Shops

Amazon.de German site of Amazon. The interface is the same with the other Amazon site, so ordering interface is rather easy.
bol is another german book handler. There are UK, France, Sweden, Italia, Spain, Nederland and US sites as well. I've not used their service yet.
MAIL:ORDER:KAISER is a German mail order book handler. They send monthly snail mail catalogue.This shop is NOT a speciality bookshop of SF & Fantasy but they will send you any kind of books as far as it's in print. Also has English page. On-line order available. You'd better to be able to understand written German when using this handler.
